How is the money raised and where does it go?
SchoolPower hosts several sponsored events, publishes a student directory and runs the annual Community Campaign to raise money for our schools. Last year, SchoolPower raised $656,000 to subsidize programs and teacher grants for all four schools, provide discretionary spending for the LBUSD, and to support the Endowment Fund for grants, capital projects and reserves. The charts below illustrate the flow of fund-raising and use of those contributions.
